1. Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Description :

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities.
  • Create and publish job vacancy posters.
  • Screening and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate tests, interviews, and assessments.
  • Liaise with user throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with recruitment administration and employee documentation.

Job Requirements :

  • Final-year student or Fresh Graduate (Psychology/HR-related major).
  • Recruitment experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

2. Ops Support People Management Intern

Job Description :

  • Melakukan daily report dari hasil penarikan data secara rutin.
  • Membantu melakukan penarikan data-data operasional sesuai kebutuhan.
  • Melakukan monitoring fulfillment MP dari Region berdasarkan penarikan data daily serta mengidentifikasi gap antara kebutuhan dan pengajuan MP.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal terkait data dan kebutuhan operasional.
  • Melakukan analisa dasar terhadap kendala fulfillment.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimal Pendidikan S1.
  • Mahir dalam mengoperasikan Ms. Excel/WPS Office (Vlookup, Xlookup, Pivot, Formula).
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisa dan problem solving yang baik serta mampu berpikir kritis untuk menangani eskalasi kendala dari tim operasional di lapangan.
  • Teliti, sistematis, dan mampu menangani data dengan rapi (pengolahan data dan dokumentasi).
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan berbagai platform digital.
  • Memiliki kemampuan multitask dan manajemen waktu serta mampu bekerja dalam tim.

3. Culture & Employee Engagement Admin

Job Description :

  • Manage documents, databases, and records.
  • Support finance administration.
  • Assist employee events and internal programs.
  • Manage registrations and feedback collection.
  • Support culture campaigns and internal branding.
  • Monitor employee participation.
  • Maintain and analyze program data.
  • Prepare reports and survey summaries.

Job Requirements :

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Communication, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace and working with data and administrative tasks.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Job Description :

  • Responsible for creating visually appealing designs for all corporate communication media.
  • Shooting, editing, and producing video content for the company’s social media platforms.
  • Partnering with internal teams to develop design concepts and creative content.
  • Managing corporate social media channels to promote and enhance employee branding.
  • Crafting compelling copy for all internal and external communication materials.
  • Assisting in the production and execution of various internal company events.

Job Requirements :

  • Proficient in design and video editing software (Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, & Canva).
  • Deep understanding of how Instagram and TikTok platforms operate.
  • Possesses an energetic personality with a strong creative mindset.
  • Experienced in crafting compelling copy for communication materials.
  • Background or familiarity as a Content Creator is a strong plus.

5. Government Relation Intern

Job Description :

  • Managing and handling all documentation regarding cases or files related to external parties/government institutions.
  • Assisting the Government Relation team in organizing, archiving, and updating official company documents.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum final-year student or fresh graduate.
  • Willing to work full-time hours at the designated work location (Head Office).
