1. General Affairs Superintendent

Job description :

  • Oversee and review facility management and transportation services, including employee/guest accommodation, meals, housekeeping, laundry, and transportation.
  • Monitor and ensure work execution aligns with company standards and contractual agreements.
  • Develop and implement effective, efficient, and innovative work systems using the PDCA approach.
  • Review and analyze contractor activity reports related to facility management services.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Analyze costs associated with facility provision and office support services.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Tourism/Hospitality, or a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience as a General Affairs Superintendent, with responsibility for facility management or hospitality services.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality and facility management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in contractor management and service quality control.
  • Proficient in budgeting and cost analysis.
  • Skilled in developing and implementing operational systems.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiar with workplace safety and environmental regulations.

2. Organization Development Superintendent

Job description :

  • Review and evaluate organizational structure and propose changes aligned with business needs and company strategy.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions for all positions, conduct job analysis and job evaluation, and ensure alignment of job grading with company policy.
  • Develop and maintain the competency dictionary, competency matrix, and competency gap analysis, and support employee competency assessments.
  • Manage the Performance Management System (KPI), monitor KPI implementation and performance reviews, and prepare organizational performance achievement reports.
  • Support talent review and succession planning processes, manage Nine Box Matrix and talent mapping, and identify high-potential talent for further development.
  • Conduct organizational effectiveness and workforce productivity analysis, provide process improvement recommendations, and oversee change management implementation.
  • Develop and update HR Organization Development policies, SOPs, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with business needs and applicable regulations.
  • Manage organizational data (manpower, turnover, talent), develop HR Analytics dashboards and reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to management.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Organization Development.
  • Strong understanding of Organization Design, Job Evaluation & Job Grading, Competency Management, Performance Management, Talent Management & Succession Planning, and HR Analytics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and HRIS.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
