1. Merchandise Management (Buyer)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for searching and purchasing goods for various categories
  • Select products to be sold in stores, analyze seasonal merchandise buying
  • Sort out existing supply chain resources and complete commodity R&D according to the direction of the business plan
  • Negotiate & maintain professional relationships with factory owner/suppliers to fulfill production needs
  • Responsible for applying payment requests to Finance Department
  • Making a market & product analysis report (front margin, back margin & customer satisfaction)
  • Coordinate with the relevant department to ensure the purchase of product

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Min. 5 years of experience as Buyer with relevant categories and a managerial-level position in big retail companies
  • Rich resources of suppliers or factory networking
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Have good understanding of Retail business and market connections
  • Fluent English both oral and written (Mandarin is an advantage)
  • Dynamic, performance-driven and willing to work under pressure

2. Merchandise Planning

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for controlling the products in the store, replenishing and adjusting according to the product situation
  • Data analysis based on store/product dimensions, presented in the form of data tables or PPT
  • Analyze the factors for product and performance improvement related issues, and provide solutions
  • Reviewing competitors, including pricing, profit, marketing and other progress
  • Making predictions based on sales data, customer feedback and market trends
  • Tracking sales to monitor product popularity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, in any field from a reputable university
  • Min. 1 year of experience as a Merchandiser or relevant role in retail company
  • Proficient in operating Office software such as Excel, Word, and PPT
  • Familiar with SAP operators is preferred
  • Clear logical thinking, sensitivity to numbers and data
  • Have good communication skills and cross departmental collaboration skills, strong ability to work hard and withstand pressure
  • Willing to travel for business purpose

3. HRBP Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to identify and implement HR solutions that align with the company’s objectives & business strategy
  • Designing and delivering effective HR programs and initiatives, such as talent management, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Do end-to-end recruitment process until boarding of new hires
  • Analyzing HR data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend data-driven solutions
  • Evaluates issues, patterns and trends to provide proactive insight for HR solution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management/Psychology/Law
  • At least 2 years of working experience as HRBP or HR Generalist, especially in Retail industry or consumer goods industry
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, including talent management, performance management, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset to identify and implement HR solutions

4. Mandarin Speaker

Responsibilities:

  • Do all tasks needed regarding the position applied in our Head Office
  • Provide accurate and efficient interpretation between Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia for various business meetings, negotiations, documents and events
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless language support across the organization

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university (any major)
  • Fluent in Mandarin both written and spoken
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Mandarin Speaker/Assistant, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Passionate about working within the Retail environment
  • Neat, fast learner, and ready to join a dynamic team
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced situation

5. IT Support Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the user operation support of the company information system (SAP, POS, OA, etc)
  • Ensure system stability and scalability, also ensure business operations and events run smoothly
  • Responsible for sorting and analyzing IT requirements and major problems from various departments
  • Liaising with the Head Quarters team and efficiently following up to resolve as needed
  • Take responsibility for promoting the smooth and efficient progress of IT projects such as APP and the Indonesian subsidiary membership system and take responsibility for the results

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent
  • Having 3 years of working experience at retail industry will be an advantage
  • Have excellent understanding of SAP and other company ERP systems, good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in IT software and hardware knowledge related to the day-to-day operations of the company
  • Having good interpersonal and leadership skills, detail oriented, innovative, able to work in fast-paced situation
  • Willing to mobile as needed to Stores and/or Warehouse (business trip)
