1. Wire Harness Production ASST. Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma with experience in the same positions min. 2 years in wire harness manufacturing company
- Proficient in material control processing and ERP software
- Experience in supervising/lead production team
- Understanding of inventory control principles
- Having problem solving skills
- Able to work in a team
- Having computing skill (MS. Office)and familiar with production reporting
2. Purchasing /Buyer Senior Officer
Qualifications:
- Minumum Diploma with purchasing experience min. 5 years
- Experience in electronic manufacturing is an added advantage
- Familiar with ERP/SAP system Expert ability to negotiate pricing, contract and payment terms
- Ability to analyze market trends and forecast demand
- Able to work in a team
- English proficiency both oral and written and) excellent in Ms Office and computer skill
3. Program Administrator Officer
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma III in Administration, Management, Supply Chain or related field
- Having experience handling NPI/Project/Program administrative or similar role
- Having working in Supply Chain Planning is a plus point Having experience handling Automotive/Aerospace/PCBA products will be preferred
- At least 3 years in manufacturing field
- Good teamwork player and collaborative person
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Able to work in a team
- Excellent in computing skill Ms. Office (Word/Excel/PPT)
- English proficiency both oral and written
4. SMT Programmer Technician
Qualifications:
- Minumum Diploma 3 in Computer Engineering/Information Technology/ related field with experience in the same position min. 1 year
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Experience in SMT programming and machine operation
- Familiar with SMT machine and PCBA assembly process
- Able to work in a team
- English proficiency both oral and written and excellent in Ms Office and computer skill
5. Test Engineer
Qualifications:
- Electrical Engineering or Software Engineering degree required
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently is required.
- Strong communication skills with good English language capability on written and spoken.
- Experience setting up and running tests with ability to follow documented procedures, operate and adjust machinery and fixtures as required.
- Experience in basic manufacturing process including electronic assembly, SMT, testing, injection molding, welding alloy structures & machining of alloys and composites.
- At least 5 years of solid experience in product testing and validations for Electrical / Mechanical Products.
- Extensive background in test laboratory environment.
- Team spirit, responsibility, detail oriented and flexibility, fast learner, easy to adapt to new environment.
- Strong electro-mechanical aptitude.
- Failure analysis, fault finding, root cause analysis, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to travel within and outside Indonesia.
- Very good attitude in problem solving and optimization.
- Experience with Test script (Python and LabView software) is preferred.
- Flexibility in the day-to-day tasks assignment.
6. Wire Harness Manufacturing Engineer
Qualifications:
- Minumum Diploma with experience in the same position min. 2 years
- Experience in Wire Harness manufacturing is a preffered
- Able to work in a team
- English proficiency both oral and written and excellent in Ms Office and computer skill
