1. Business Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Develop networks and create channels to discover business opportunities in target markets.
  • Oversee the complete sales process, including prospecting, identifying customer needs, negotiating prices, and monitoring post-sales activities.
  • Preserve relationship with current customers and actively generate demand for our products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) from all major
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from reputable university
  • Strong interest in sales and marketing activities
  • Possess solid analytical, interpersonal, customer-centric skills, teamwork aptitude, and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Eagerness to explore and gain knowledge about heavy equipment products
  • Sales/entrepreneurship experience is a plus
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written
  • Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara branches

2. IT Application Development Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development, enhancement, and resolution of issues related to both the front-end and back-end of non-SAP applications to efficiently support business operations.
  • Creating new applications, implementing changes, resolving bugs, and addressing system issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and ensure solutions align with user needs and organizational goals, maintaining system efficiency and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree (S1) in Information System, Information Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university
  • Proficient in using C#, JavaScript, and ASP .Net, along with integrating REST APIs
  • Exhibits proactivity and innovation in developing solutions
  • Demonstrate a good communication skill, able to work in a team and work under tight schedule
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written

3. Business Process & Corporate Communication Management

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monitoring ISO implementation, managing and developing SOPs, and overseeing internal communication

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Communication, and other relevant major
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping, SOP development, and continuous improvement principles
  • Experience or interest in managing ISO 9001:2015 or other quality management systems is a plus
  • Proficient in using computers (Microsoft Office, Internet literacy)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English

4. Parts & Service Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Product Support Sales targets by effectively managing customers through the entire process: identifying their needs, generating demand, and overseeing post-sales activities.
  • Maintaining relationship with customer by addressing customer complaints with effective solutions and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree (D3) from all Engineering or similar major
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university
  • Eager to explore and gain knowledge about heavy equipment parts
  • Possess solid analytical, interpersonal, customer-centric skills, teamwork aptitudes, and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Sales/entrepreneurship & organization experience is a plus
  • Computer literacy is a must

5. Service Profitability & Business Control

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monitoring and controlling service profit, managing service business development, and periodically preparing service pricing based on costs for both internal and external purposes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Accounting, Business, or Economics
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university
  • Solid understanding of policies, procedures, and audit processes
  • Possesses strong analytical skills, including the ability to perform cost analysis and apply critical thinking in problem-solving
  • Knowledgeable in change management and product operations
  • Demonstrates a good communication skills, able to work in a team and work under tight schedules
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written
  • Holds relevant professional certifications such as CISA, CPA, or CIA

6. Business Development Analyst (Automation Engineer)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product and market research for automation solutions—including exploring products from global sources, analyzing competitors, and identifying customer needs.
  • Bridge technical insights to business strategy by translating product research for business consultant team and highlighting unique selling points
  • Support decision-making through customer visits, cost analysis, and evaluation of lost sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree (S1/D4) from automation, mechatronic, robotics, electrical engineering, and other related major
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university
  • Strong interest in automation, robotics, and business development fields.
  • Possess solid analytical, interpersonal, customer-centric skills, teamwork aptitude, and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Eagerness to explore and gain knowledge about robotics and automation equipment
  • Experience in robotics and automation competition and is a plus
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written
