Susi Air adalah maskapai penerbangan Indonesia yang dioperasikan oleh PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation dengan penerbangan berjadwal dan charter. PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation (Susi Air) berkantor pusat di Pangandaran, Jawa Barat, Susi Air beroperasi dari lima basis utama yaitu Jakarta, Medan, Kendari, Bandung, Balikpapan, Cilacap dan Sentani. Saat ini Susi Air mengoperasikan armada sebanyak 49 pesawat, terdiri dari 32 Cessna Grand Caravan C208B, 9 Pilatus PC-6 Turbo Porter, 3 Piaggio P180 Avanti II, 1 Air Tractor AT802 “Fuel Hauler”, 1 Piper Archer PA-28 dan 1 LET 410 untuk pesawat sayap tetap. Pengoperasian helikopter dimulai pada akhir tahun 2009 dengan 1 Agusta Westland Grand A109S dan 1 Agusta Westland Koala A119Ke bergabung dengan armada pada bulan Maret 2010.

1. Operations Control Centre (OCC)

Requirements :

  • Fresh Graduated are permissible or prefer to have 1-2 years of working experience in the related field are prerequisite requirements for this position
  • Have an Aviation educational background
  • Must posses active FOO License
  • Must Have attended airline operations courses
  • Comprehensive knowledge of airport operations and safety regulations and procedures
  • Excellent verbal English and written English
  • Great communication skills
  • Multitasking and being able to work individually or in a team
  • Worked well under pressure
  • Willing to be placed in all around Indonesia
  • Have knowledge of flight operations

2. Flight Following Officer

Requirements :

  • Diploma (D3) in Aviation or a related field is required
  • Fresh graduates with relevant certifications are encouraged to apply
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in airline operations, dispatch, or OCC roles is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of flight tracking systems, aviation regulations, and airspace structure
  • Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written)
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Keen attention to detail and situational awareness in real-time operations
  • Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and a proactive approach to flight safety

Responsibilities :

  • Monitoring and tracking all active flights in real time using flight following systems and tools
  • Communicating with pilots to ensure flight status, schedule adherence, and safety
  • Coordinating with relevant internal units (e.g., maintenance, dispatch) and external agencies (e.g., air traffic control)
  • Maintaining operational logs, records, and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Reporting and escalating operational irregularities or emergencies as per company procedures
  • Supporting other OCC activities and duties as assigned

3. Management Trainee Finance

Requirements :

  • A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • 1 – 2 years in tax or accounting roles is a plus
  • Must hold Brevet A & B certification
  • Proficient in Coretax and Accurate accounting software
  • Deep understanding of PPh Masa and PPh Badan rules and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Able to work independently and handle sensitive data with discretion
  • Willingness to be based in Pangandaran and anywhere in Indonesia

Responsibilities :

  • Process financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
  • Manage and coordinate travel bookings and logistics in line with company policies.
  • Operate accounting software, particularly Accurate, for data entry and report generation.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments and ensure timely documentation and filing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for financial and operational matters.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant internal policies and external financial regulations.
  • Prepare and submit tax-related documentation as needed.

4. Travel Officer

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in travel coordination, administration, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with various departments to manage travel needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in booking and managing travel arrangements.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in using computers and common office software (e.g.,Microsoft Office, email systems).
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms and systems is a plus.

5. Tax Officer

Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma’s Degree (D3) in Accounting or in Taxation (Preferred)
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • 1 – 2 years in tax or accounting roles is a plus
  • Must hold Brevet A & B certification
  • Proficient in Coretax and Accurate accounting software
  • Deep understanding of PPh Masa and PPh Badan rules and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail

  • Able to work independently and handle sensitive data with discretion

  • Operating Accurate accounting software for daily financial data entry and reporting
