1. Customer Service

Job Description:

  • Carry out services to customers as: Deliver product and service information bank; Follow up and finish customer complaints; Perform all activities that become relevant Customer Service authorities Automated Teller Machine card
  • Conducting Cross Selling of Bank products and perform archive management
  • Handle complaints from customers and create a recap of customer complaints in Microsoft Excel form
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, especially Operational Risk on each transactions made in Customer Service
  • Performing Customer Due Diligence to obtain accurate relevant information prospective customer data in accordance with the data submitted in the opening application account
  • Performing Enhanced Due Diligence to high-risk customers by adding aspects requirements or data that must be met by prospective customer and implement Payment Tools Using Cards operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any major
  • At least 1 (one) year of experience in related field
  • Excellent with Excel and able to operate Microsoft Office & PowerPoint.
  • Customer-oriented.

2. Team Leader Desk & Field Collection

Job Description:

  • Provide guidance and coaching to enhance team members’ skills and productivity.
  • Managing, evaluate and monitor team performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing strategies to maximize collection efficiency.
  • Create report for Desk & Field collection activities and check the accuracy of billing results reports.
  • Receive escalation of questions/complaints/cases from agents to ensure problems are handled according to applicable procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall collection strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience from banking or financial services industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Understand the laws and regulations from BI, OJK, and other regulators related to banking activities

3. Collection Partnership Management

Job Description:

  • Ensure optimal performance of Partner by monitoring and evaluating Collection partner effectively
  • Analyze Partner Performance metrics such as Recovery rates, Collection activity efficiency and Customer Feedback
  • Provide Regular reports on Collection Partnership to management
  • Identify areas for improvement and with with partners to optimize collection processes
  • Collaborate with Internal Collection QA to act as the primary point of contact to deliver the QA result, and resolutions of disputes between the Company and Partners
  • Identify QA findings from reports that need to be submitted to Loan Channeling/Joint Financing partners
  • Convey QA findings to relevant departments in Loan Channeling/Joint Financing partners
  • Coordinate with all partners regarding data requests related to QA Loan Channeling/Joint Financing sampling to be fulfilled by each partner
  • Monitoring and repairs carried out by partners is in accordance with bank standards and regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in banking product operations/business, especially Loan Channeling/Joint Financing
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major
  • Understanding the provisions and business processes in the banking industry
  • Able to use data processing tools and operate Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Able to analyze data trends and anomalies
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Experience in working with third party Collection Partner, Agencies or Financial Institutions
  • Understand regulations and code of ethics related to the applicable billing

4. Retail Lending Specialist

Job Description:

  • Analyzing developments in the digital banking industry and evaluating SeaBank’s positioning in the market
  • Identify opportunities from consumer portfolios for retail loan products
  • Implementing possible roadmap for retail loan products and services by referring to company objectives and applicable regulatory policies
  • Analyze data, reports and feedback regarding the performance of all retail loan products with data-based analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Management or any relevant major
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in banking/financial technology or services, or relevant industry
  • Familiar and understand the business terms and processes for retail credit in banking

5. Commercial & Partnership Manager

Job Description:

  • Responsible for achieving sales and partnership by preparing product marketing strategies, client management, and periodically monitoring product achievements in accordance with applicable standards and regulations
  • Identify pipeline mapping of potential partners and maintaining relationship
  • Carrying out due-diligence & profiling of potential partners
  • Become a key person who connects with partners and management
  • Manage administrative related to agreement or partner’s related documents

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from Business Management/Economics or related major
  • Minimum of 5 years experiences in relevant position from banking or financial institution/services
  • Familiar with analyze financial reports analysis
  • Familiar with the provisions and business processes in the banking industry
  • Strong marketing and negotiation skills

6. IT Risk

Job Desctiption:

  • Conduct assessments with related work units to gather information regarding IT-related risks
  • Calculate risk appetite, risk tolerance and risk limits related to IT risks based on directions and instructions from Senior IT Risk
  • Follow up on policies and procedures that have to be reviewed and make complaints against all IT policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the internal control system in implementing effective IT risk management.
  • Follow up on the follow-up of risky incidents/events related to IT that occur at the Bank
  • Prepare RMC reporting for IT Risks
  • Follow up with related work units for completeness of risk control self assessment (RCSA) and key risk indicator (KRI) documents
  • Assist Senior IT Risk to coordinate with related work units, especially IT, for data sources related to the implementation of IT risk measurement reviews
  • Prepare training/socialization materials related to IT risk management
  • Prepare exposure materials for the IT risk management committee

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years in banking or consultant firm in dealing with information technology risks and cybersecurity
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Have basic knowledge of BI, OJK, and applicable laws and regulations related to Bank business activities
  • Have basic knowledge regarding internal control, procedures, systems, operations, and risk management
  • Have good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills

7. Operational Audit Officer

Job Desctiption:

  • Implement the audit plan in accordance with Annual Audit Work Program.
  • Conduct a risk assessment of the audit universe Internal Audit on an annual basis
  • Create suggestions and input related Policy.
  • Prepare Audit Results Reports
  • Conduct socialization of internal control for the Head Office, Branch Office and Sub-Branch Office
  • Monitor the progress the completion of audit finding and report it to the Head of Department
  • Prepare mandatory reports for internal and regulators, such as OJK.
  • Provide consultation to Stakeholders related to the development of internal control processes in operational activities at the head office and branch office

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Statistics or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in related fields.
  • Must be available for travelling to Branch sites.
  • Able to communicate in English is preferable.
  • Possessing general knowledge, skills and competencies on accounting principles, credit process, and/or regulations related to Banking industry is a plus specially in treasury and loan.
  • Detail-oriented individual and ability to multi-task, as well as proven team player.
  • Willingness to learn and grow, self-motivated and result oriented.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, time management and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint).

8. Transaction Monitoring & Reporting

Job Desctiption:

  • Develop and check system transaction monitoring to be customized with the needs of the bank
  • Develop and check system AML/CTF reporting initiated by Regulator to ensure system reporting in accordance with the provisions
  • Develop related training for employees Banks in accordance with their respective responsibilities each to raise awareness employees regarding financial crimes at Bank
  • Analyzing transactions that are allegedly not reasonable based on the results of Branches Office escalation and other work units to be followed up in accordance with the provisions
  • Submitting LTKM and LAM to PPATK for transactions that meet criteria/conditions apply to meet reporting obligations to regulators
  • Doing administration (documentation) on the results of the analysis and reports that have been submitted to ensure documentation archived according to applicable standards
  • Compile and collect data for LTKM and LAM reporting needs for ensure data reporting needs true and accurate
  • Prepare and follow up reports on data requests from external parties (eg INTRAC) to ensure follow-up in accordance with applicable regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum S1 majoring in Economics, Management, Accounting, Business, Information Systems and Law
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in banking APU/PPT implementation functions (especially Transaction Monitoring Compliance)
  • Understand POJK/SEOJK/PPATK (local regulator) regulations or laws relating to APU/PPT
  • Understand products (credit, funding, treasury) and other banking activities
  • Have a Risk Management Certificate, Compliance Certificate adjusted to the job grade and position carrying out the compliance function in the Bank organization
  • Understand the APU/CFT system at the bank for CDD and TM
  • Have good communication skills
