1. CI Manager

Responsibilities :

Leading the technical development, optimization, and innovation of manufacturing processes. This role focuses on driving improvements in production efficiency, quality, cost reduction, and technology implementation. The Manager collaborates closely with engineering, R&D, operations, and quality teams to ensure that manufacturing methods are aligned with company goals and industry standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related fields) or a related technical discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing process development, with a proven track record of managing technical projects and teams.
Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies, automation systems, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

3. Quality Assurance Staff

Responsibilities:

Handle internal and external audits, including preparation, execution, and follow-up.
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as HACCP, FSSC, ISO 9001, and BRC.
Address and investigate customer complaints, performing root cause analysis (RCA).
Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve issues.
Oversee pest control activities to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Monitor and follow up on pest control recommendations and actions.
Maintain and control quality-related documents, including policies, procedures, and records.
Ensure proper implementation of 5R in the workplace.
Act as a trainer for food safety and quality, providing regular training sessions for employees.

4. Research & Science Staff

Responsibilities:

Conduct experiments and research related to product development and improvement.

Count bacterial or mold colonies as part of laboratory testing.
Maintain the availability of Acetobacter and Aspergillus cultures in the laboratory.
Prepare materials and equipment needed for trials and experiments.
Document research findings, procedures, and results accurately.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Biology or Microbiology.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a laboratory or research development (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Proficient in laboratory techniques and microbiological analysis.

5. Site Manager

Responsibilities:

Site/field measurement, and create RAB for material and labor requirements (as Quantity Surveyor).
Manage the team of workers and arrange the procurement of project materials.
Supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, on budget, and with high quality standards.
Monitor project progress, manage budgets, progress and financial reports for projects, ensure compliance with regulations, and resolve problems that arise on site.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, either majoring in structure or construction management.
Minimum 5 – 10 years of experience in construction or interior fit-out.
Quite fluent in using AutoCAD, SAP 2000, ETabs, and SketchUp programs.
Have relationships or cooperation networks with many foremen to be able to supply labor in the field.
Willing to be assigned to any area in Indonesia.

6. Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Supervise vendor work to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Conduct volume checks and monitor the progress of civil work on-site.
Calculate material requirements for on-site needs.

Prepare reports on project completion and progress.
Oversee on-site work, whether carried out by vendors or in-house teams.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Civil Engineering is preferred).
At least 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor (civil, high-rise building, or construction projects) with hands-on field experience.
Proficient in using field measurement tools (e.g., TS, WP).

7. Strategic Sourcing

Responsibilities:

Sourcing and purchasing raw materials or agricultural product directly from suppliers/farmers.
Conduct price negotiations during the initial discussion stage.
Staying informed about trends in natural ingredients, raw material availability, and market pricing.
Identifying, evaluating, establishing relationships with suppliers and securing the best prices for commodities such as coffee, tea, spices, essential oils.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy/Industrial Engineering/Chemical Engineering.
Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in natural commodities (e.g., agriculture, food ingredients, or raw materials).
Microsoft office proficient is a must.
Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
Prior exposure to commodity markets and understanding of supply and demand dynamics.
Supplier relationship management to ensure long-term, reliable sourcing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
Willing to travel both domestically and internationally, to inspect operations and meet with suppliers.

8. Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Supervise, coordinate and monitoring all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching finish goods and/or materials in a good condition and accurate quantity
Manage inventory levels, ensure accuracy and timely stock updates.
Implement and maintain safety, security, and housekeeping standards.
Monitor and improve workflow processes to achieve efficiency and productivity goals (example: re-lay-out warehouse area)
Conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment and ensure maintenance schedules are followed.

Responsible in supporting government or customer audit

Requirements:

9. WTP & WWTP Supervisor

Responsibilities:

The WTP (Water Treatment Plant) & WWTP (Wastewater Treatment Plant) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations, maintenance, and management of water and wastewater treatment facilities to ensure optimal performance, compliance with environmental regulations, and safety standards.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree: Degrees in Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 – 5 years of supervisory experience in water treatment or waste water management (Certified from BNSP is advantage).
Solid understanding of water treatment processes, such as filtration, disinfection, and chemical treatment processes, as well as quality control measures to ensure standard result.
Expert in WWTP processing, controlling and monitoring WWTP operation and ability to troubleshoot if necessary.
Deep understanding in aerob and anaerob treatment of waste water and improve system if required.
Has a Knowledge of local and international regulation such as government regulation, environmental agencies, and standards like ISO 14001, OHSAS and ISO 22000 or other relevant food safety regulations.
Ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues in the treatment processes to maintain high standards of water quality.
Experience with OSH or similar workplace safety standards is essential.
Knowing how to handle hazardous chemicals and maintain a safe work environment is a priority.
