Grand Indonesia (atau biasa disingkat GI) merupakan sebuah pusat perbelanjaan di kompleks Segitiga Emas Jakarta, Tanah Abang dan Menteng, Jakarta Pusat yang dibuka pada tahun 2007, oleh Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. Ini merupakan sebuah kompleks multi-guna yang terdiri dari pusat perbelanjaan (Grand Indonesia), gedung perkantoran (Menara BCA), apartemen (Kempinski Residence) dan Hotel Indonesia Kempinski.

Grand Indonesia terdiri dari tiga bagian: East Mall, West Mall dan sebuah jembatan penyebrangan orang yang menghubungkan kedua bagian tersebut, menjadikannya sebagai mal terbesar di Jakarta Pusat.

1. Customer Service Supervisor

Qualifications :

Diploma degree (D3) from any major.
Have a minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Supervisor, especially in the hospitality industry.
Customer service oriented.
Able to handle customer complaints.
Excellent in English both written and spoken.
Proficiency in computer skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Have a pleasant personality and well-groomed.
Have good leadership skills, interpersonal skills and be able to conduct training.

Job Descriptions :

Monitoring Customer Service team’s work.
Perform loyalty program activities, survey activities, update the loyalty program database, and provide analysis of key customer data insight.
Ensure the Grand Indonesia Mobile App is always up-to-date with all recent loyalty program activities.
Ensure both complaints and Lost & Found are handled properly according to the Department standard and regularly report to the Customer Service Coordinator.
Manage the staff’s daily schedule and ensure they are on their schedule.

2. Security Supervisor

Qualifications :

Diploma Degree in any major.
Have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Supervisor in a similar property.
Proficient in Ms. Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and related Software.
Have attended seminars or training about the prevention of Radicalism or Terrorism, Surveillance, Law Enforcement, Emergency Handling of Natural Disaster, and other issues related to security and safety matters.
Proficient in Bahasa and English, both spoken and written.
Have Gada Madya, Basic First Aid Prioritized, and Fire Extinguisher Certifications.
Knowledgeable of fire safety system.
Proper grooming and appearance.

Job Descriptions :

Supervise day-to-day security operations and the system of Kempinski Private Residences.
Ensuring all reports are submitted in accordance with submission schedule.
Responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of all security working areas, including all tools and equipment.
Analyze the budget management and asset-opname.
Overseeing the trainings of security personnel both on skills and knowledge, such as fire drill, handcuff and security baton.
Supervise both internal and outsourced security on implementing the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Working Instructions (Wl) within the Security Department.
Incident handling.

3. Concierge Officer

Qualifications :

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
Understanding the essentials of hospitality standards.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Able to speak other international languages.
Responsible, reliable, and possess a professional presentation.
Outstanding customer service skills are required.
Technology savvy.
Willing to work in shifts.

Build and maintain a good relationship with customers.
Provide excellent service to customers.
Monitor and ensure all public facilities are running well and up to standard.
Monitor the execution of Grand Indonesia tenant’s promotional programs and activities.
