1. Concentrating – Foreman, RCM Support
Job Responsibility :
- Create accurate schedule of sampling, SPM and thermograph data collection for performing accurate equipment condition monitoring.
- Perform the equipment condition monitoring based on the schedule and accurately measure the SPM and vibration levels and ensure accurate oil sampling to get accurate data for analysis, and in some cases when oil sampling is done by the mechanics, ensure accurate sampling to get accurate data for analysis.
- Analyze the results of sampling and data collection accurately, including synchronizing various standard PdM technology to produce comprehensive analysis results and recommendation for maintenance.
- Coordinate with laboratory personnel, planners, mechanics and other related maintenance personnel regarding anomaly results of oil sampling, necessary action for cost effective maintenance to ensure accurate analysis based on analysis result.
- Create and maintain analysis results data base to ensure accurate documentation as well as create and monitor trend of both analyses result data and other data for critical equipments to be used as maintenance recommendation reference.
- Follow up all requests from mechanics and other sections satisfactorily to ensure the continuing operation of the equipments.
- Evaluate and develop safety procedures of equipment condition monitoring process that oil sampling, SPM measure, vibration measure, and thermography to ensure safe and cost effective works.
- Conduct failure analysis to provide accurate information for maintenance and actively support mechanics to solve possible problems to ensure cost effective equipment maintenance.
- Guide, perform, monitor and control the implementation of safety standards and procedures within working areas to ensure the safety and environmental implementation according and zero tolerance of accident.

- Ability to data analysis results from various sources to determine machine condition.
- Ability to work with mechanics who have no background of the condition monitoring process to change their paradigm.
- The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are :
- University Degree (S1) in mechanical engineering or the equivalence with 3 years minimum experience in mechanical maintenance.
- Undergraduate Diploma (D3) in mechanical engineering or the equivalence with 5 year minimum experience in mechanical maintenance.

2. Finance & Accounting, Chief Accountant Cash Management
The key duties and responsibilities of this position are :
- Consolidated monthly cash flow projection for PMR and Smelter business project.
- Maintaining funding request to group for operational activities
- Consolidated daily cash balance for PMR and Smelter business project.
- Maintaining good relationship with bank partner as the purpose of cash management optimization and project automation.
- Responsible on preparing cash flow and fluctuation analysis in monthly basis.
- Responsible in SIMODIS Reporting as per Central Bank Regulation
- Responsible on daily cash movement in bank statement

- Providing report that should be readily available while still keeping accuracy standard to fulfill government and other users’ requirements by making good coordination with subordinates and other parties.

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:
- Minimum Education & Experience :
- S-1(bachelor) in Majoring Management/Accounting. Has deep knowledge in internal control function and related regulation with Company’s business such as FCPA, government and tax regulation and has minimum at least 5-7 years experiences in finance and accounting of a multinational company or a managerial position as an internal/external auditor with a proven managerial skills and work experience in the international public accounting firm.

3. Smelter Operation Readiness – Shift Team Leader, Slag Concentrator
The purpose of this position :
- Shift Team Leaders in Slag Concentrators areas are responsible for coordinating all operators in their assigned area and directly contributing to the safe achievement of production activities on shift in the plant area, achieving production targets in accordance with specifications, both in quality and quantity. The Shift Team Leader will focus on tactical shift operations, ensuring the safe execution of tasks and optimizing processes. His/her main role is also in tactical coordination with other sections within the plant (Mechanical Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, Process Control, etc). The Shift Team Leader must be ready to assume the role of Shift Supervisor from time to time. The Slag Concentrator process will include several unit processes such as Crushing, Conveying, SAG milling, Ball milling, Flotation, and Dewatering.
The key duties and responsibilities of this position:
- Safety & Environmental :
- Control plant operational conditions related to OHS standards and environmental impact management set by company rules
- Proactively contribute and coordinate his team members to achieve production targets safely by engaging all Safety programs, including Fatal Risk management (FRM), by working positively with other Sections.
- Assist Supervisor in providing Safety briefing (safety talk) before work to process operators, maintenance or sub-contractors / labor .
- Lead and conduct Job safety Analysis (JSA) process for all work to be done.
- Ensure that every fatal risk job activitiy at assigned areas is accompanied by a work permit. (Exp. : working at height, welding, confined space, Maintenance, etc.)
- Ensure discipline of self and other team members in following work procedures (SOP).
- Proactively conduct work shift inspections in their area of responsibility and follow up on the necessary risk control/mitigation.
- Ensure the completeness and feasibility of Safety equipment for both personal and production units.
- Observe all activities taking place in the operational area, including maintenance activities.

- Checking shift work records of operational data. log sheets, reagent stock, and sample analisys.
- Patrol the area. Including inspection and maintain all equipment.
- Assist Shift Supervisor in evaluating operator performance.
- Encourage cooperative efforts in the field between operations, maintenance, and other departments to repair any equipment malfunctions.
- Proactively provide feedback to superiors and the technical team to improve productivity, product quality, process stability.
- Fully support emergency recovery efforts.
- Participate in Shutdown/Start-up activities.
- Transferring responsibilities and tasks to the other shift (shift hand over) include all information on each piece of equipment.
- During the detailed engineering, construction, operational readiness, and commissioning phases of the project :
- Familiar with design, engineering, and safety aspects of assigned area.
- Participate in several training programs as mandated for business needs.
- Provide or participate in the delivery of classroom training.
- Involved in the planning and execution of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities within the appropriate technical scope and area.
- Assist Supervisor to prepare Operator training during operation readiness.
- Assist with other Operational readiness efforts as required.

- Experience working in dust and chemical exposure conditions, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Experience working in crushing, grinding, flotation, dewatering (thickener and filter press), and water clarifying will be advantages.

- Experience working in operations following integrated (operations/maintenance planning and scheduling) and routine planning standards.
