1. Customer Relations Officer

Qualifications :

• High School or Diploma Degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality or F&B industry.
• A service & people-oriented person.
• Experienced in using Microsoft Office.
• Able to communicate in English, both spoken & written.
• Technology savvy.
• Well-groomed and have a pleasant personality.

Job Descriptions :

• Maintain our loyal customers by giving a personal touch in greeting & assisting them at G CARD Lounge.
• Handle complaints & provide solutions.
• Administer G CARD transactions.
• Ensure the facilities in G CARD Lounge are running well for customer convenience.
• Able to connect professionally and positively with the customers.

2. Customer Service

Qualifications :

• Have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality industry.
• A service and people-oriented person.
• Able to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
• Technology savvy.
• Well-groomed.
• Pleasant personality.

Job Descriptions :

• Greet & assist customers.
• Maintain a positive & professional attitude toward customers.
• Handle complaints, and provide appropriate & quick solutions.
• Administer G CARD transactions.
• Ensure the facilities are running well for customer convenience.

3. CCTV Staff

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CCTV Operator in a Mall, Hotel, Residence, or similar properties.
• Certified in Gada-Pratama security training.
• Proficient in operating office equipment, including computers and software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Knowledgeable in CCTV equipment operation.

Job Descriptions :

• Ensure all CCTV cameras are functioning properly.
• Monitor the operational system of CCTV cameras in the Mall following security procedures.
• Ensure the control room and its equipment are well maintained at all times.
• Perform early identification of potential problems and inform leaders, such as crime or suspicious matters through CCTV monitors.
• Ensure the accuracy of recording all events and actions monitored from the control room, including the maintenance of daily records.
• Ensure all files are stored securely under Data Protection regulations managed by the Security team.

4. X-ray Staff

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years working experience as X-ray staff at Mall.
• Certified in Gada-Pratama security training.
• Knowledgeable in the X-ray system operation.
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate in English.

Job Descriptions :

• Prepare the X-ray machine before and after operations.
• Ensure prohibited items are not allowed into the mall.
• Ensure all customers passing WMD are in a safe condition.
• Managed equipment inventory and performed daily checks on X-ray machines for cleanliness and radiation leakage.
• Report security system issues and actions to the X-ray leader.
• Implement Standard Operating Procedures and Working Instructions within the Security Department.
