Susi Air adalah maskapai penerbangan Indonesia yang dioperasikan oleh PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation dengan penerbangan berjadwal dan charter. PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation (Susi Air) berkantor pusat di Pangandaran, Jawa Barat, Susi Air beroperasi dari lima basis utama yaitu Jakarta, Medan, Kendari, Bandung, Balikpapan, Cilacap dan Sentani. 1. Management Trainee Human Resource
Requirement:
- Training and Development: Coordinating employee training programs and professional development initiatives
- Performance Management: Implementing and managing performance appraisal systems
- Policy Development: Development and updating HR Policies and procedures
- Employee Relations: Managing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

2. Management Trainee Finance & Accounting
Responsibilities:
- Updating daily cash positions and cash flows
- Prepare and execute cash management activities, including bank transfers, daily payments, and cheque administration
- Manage bank account, including opening and closing account, updating signatories, and maintaining proper documentation
- Assist in the implementation of accounting policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Requirement:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related major from reputable university
- Maximum age 25 years old
- Familiar with accounting software
- Verbal and written English communication skill is a must
- Able to work individually and within a team
- Work well under pressure
- Creative, innovative, and have a good character
- Excellent organizational skill
- Skilled in multitasking

Requirement:

Responsibilities:
- Working with the legal team on all issues related to legal, law, and regulations, including but no limited to internal and external stakeholders

- Creative professional with the technical skill for Adobe Photoshop, AI, and Illustrator and willing to work with a wide range of media
- Photography and digital marketing skill will be a plus
