Susi Air adalah maskapai penerbangan Indonesia yang dioperasikan oleh PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation dengan penerbangan berjadwal dan charter. PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation (Susi Air) berkantor pusat di Pangandaran, Jawa Barat, Susi Air beroperasi dari lima basis utama yaitu Jakarta, Medan, Kendari, Bandung, Balikpapan, Cilacap dan Sentani. Saat ini Susi Air mengoperasikan armada sebanyak 49 pesawat, terdiri dari 32 Cessna Grand Caravan C208B, 9 Pilatus PC-6 Turbo Porter, 3 Piaggio P180 Avanti II, 1 Air Tractor AT802 “Fuel Hauler”, 1 Piper Archer PA-28 dan 1 LET 410 untuk pesawat sayap tetap. Pengoperasian helikopter dimulai pada akhir tahun 2009 dengan 1 Agusta Westland Grand A109S dan 1 Agusta Westland Koala A119Ke bergabung dengan armada pada bulan Maret 2010.

1. Deputy Safety and Quality Manager

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Aviation or a related field
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven experience in implementing standard procedures for Quality, Safety, or Security.
  • In-depth understanding of Indonesian and International Quality, Safety, and Security regulations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Civil Aviation Safety Regulations (CASR).
  • Willingness to be assigned to various locations across indonesia.
  • Excellent planning and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and able to handle work pressures effectively .
  • Strong self-management capabilities, able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability in management and leadership roles
  • Knowledge of auditing processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • CASO Training certified by INACA or equivalent (Preferred).
  • ISO 9001 Training (Preferred).
  • Current Dangerous Goods (DG) or AVSEC License (Preferred).

2. Management Trainee Safety and Quality

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Aviation or a related field
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

  • In-depth understanding of Indonesian and International Quality, Safety, and Security regulations.

  • Familiarity with DGCA regulations, including SI and AC .
  • Willingness to be assigned to various locations across Indonesia.
  • Excellent planning and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • CASO Training certified by INACA or equivalent (Preferred).

3. Management Trainee General

Requirements :

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree from Reputable University
  • Familiar with Office Software
  • Verbal and written English communication skill is a must

  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
  • Skill in multitasking
  • Excellent organizational skill

4. Management Trainee Human Resource

Requirements :

  • Training and Development: Coordinating employee training programs and professional development initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Implementing and managing performance appraisal systems.
  • Policy Development: Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Managing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment

Responsibilities :

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable University
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Previous HR experience or internships is a great plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • English is mandatory
  • Willing to work in Head Office in Pangandaran, and willing to work out to all around in Indonesia (if needed).

5. Management Trainee Finance, Accounting & Tax

Requirements :

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related Major from reputable university
  • Familiar with accounting software
  • Verbal and written English communication skill is a must
  • Able to work individually and within a team, and able to work well under pressure
  • Creative, innovative, and have a good character
  • Excellent organizational skill and Skilled in multitasking
  • Flexible in terms of working hours
  • Able to work in an agile environment
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia

  • Have Brevet A and/or B is a plus

Responsibilities :

  • Updating daily cash positions and cash flows
  • Prepare and execute cash management activities, including bank transfers, daily payments, and cheque administration.
  • Manage bank accounts, including opening and closing accounts, updating signatories, and maintaining proper documentation.
  • Assist in the implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

6. Charter & Call Center Officer

Requirements :

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree all Major.
  • Verbal and written English communication skill is a must
  • Knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages
  • Able to work individually and within a team
  • Skill in multitasking, meticulous and perfectionist
  • Work well under pressure
  • Flexible in terms of working hours

Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer on reservation flight schedule or charter schedule.
  • Updating database on spreadsheet
  • Identifying customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions

7. Media Officer

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor/Diploma Degree
  • Have experience in Media, digital agency, or other creative industries is a plus.
  • Have creative mind with content planning skill and social media handling.
  • Experience in managing and leading creative team
  • Creative professional with the technical skill for Adobe Photoshop, Al, and Illustrator and willing to work with a wide range of media
  • Photography and Digital marketing skill will be a plus
  • Prior experience in branding and social media
  • Good in teamwork & managing workload
  • High attention to detail and design aesthetics

8. Operation Control Center

Requirements :

  • Fresh Graduates are allowed

  • Must have attended a Airline Operation Courses
  • Has a comprehensive knowledge of Flight Operations, Airport Operations, Safety Regulations and Procedures
  • Ability to communicate in written and spoken English

  • Willing to be placed in all around Indonesia
