1. Event Senior Officer

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Advertising, or equivalent from a reputable university.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as Event Officer in Retail or Event Organizer Company.
  • Demonstrated extensive knowledge and references of creative events, event management, visual merchandising concepts, and technical production processes.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills are highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills is a must.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written & spoken.

Job Descriptions :

  • Actively contribute to the success of events from conceptualization to execution.
  • Provide support for marketing communication programs and partnership activities tailored for brands.
  • Ensure that all mall events and activities meet the esteemed standards of Grand Indonesia.
  • Optimize the utilization of event and promotional communication platforms.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the impact of event creation on footfall traffic growth.
  • Ensure meticulous quality control of production materials and visuals to be displayed.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of each event.
  • Regularly maintain the Department’s assets to ensure their continued value.
  • Foster effective collaboration and coordination with related parties to ensure the output provided aligns seamlessly with both requirements and standards.

2. Customer Service Officer

Qualifications :

  • Have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality industry.
  • A service and people-oriented person.
  • Able to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
  • Technology savvy.
  • Well-groomed.
  • Pleasant personality.

Job Descriptions :

  • Greet & assist customers.
  • Maintain a positive & professional attitude toward customers.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate & quick solutions.
  • Administer G CARD transactions.
  • Ensure the facilities are running well for customer convenience.

3. Customer Relations Officer

Qualifications :

  • High School or Diploma Degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality or F&B industry.
  • A service & people-oriented person.
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office.
  • Able to communicate in English, both spoken & written.
  • Well-groomed and a have a pleasant personality.

Job Descriptions :

  • Maintain our loyal customers by giving a personal touch in greeting & assisting them at G CARD Lounge.
  • Handle complaints & provide solutions.
  • Administer G CARD transactions.
  • Ensure the facilities in G CARD Lounge are running well for customer convenience.
  • Able to connect professionally and positively with the customers.
  • Manage the content for Grand Indonesia’s internal social media.
