1. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM

Job Descriptions :

Participate in a 12-month program with 5 phases, offering a holistic development approach.
Gain insights into various company departments, roles, and relationships, fostering a comprehensive understanding of organizational dynamics.
Execute diverse tasks and responsibilities, working collaboratively with mentors and department heads to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios.

Qualifications :

Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree with minimum GPA 3.0 from any field

2. SOP OFFICER

Job Descriptions :

Make and Develop Operating procedure (SOP) for all division
Able to team work with other department for making SOP
Able to review and deep analytical thinking about flow the SOP to make it more effective and efficiency
Ensure the SOP according in timeline
Able to communicate and socialization about SOP to all Division
Fast response to make adjustments and updates about SOP
Ensure the final result of SOP Documents can be accountable

Qualifications :

Minimum Bachelor Degrees all Major
Have experience minimum 3 years in the same position (As Operational Standard Staff)
Good conceptor and understand workflow efficiency
Have analytical thinking skill
Have good communication in English
Able to operate Ms Office

3. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR

Job Descritptions :

Ensure all of the complain from customer solved and at least fulfill the customer expectation
Create and monitor staff daily working schedule
Propose and always updating the SOP of Customer Service in order to always exced customer satisfaction
Principates in the meetings with the customer service managers and presents daily work report to them
Always keep the cleanliness in the entire are of the store
Always keep the customer satisfaction
To perform and support any additional tasks instructed to accomplish the company’s goals

Qualifications :

Minimum Diploma Degrees all Major
Have experience minimum 2 years as Customer Services Supervisor or 4 years as Customer Service Staff in Retail Industry
Have knowledge about Customer Service and Cashier procedure
Have problem solving, strong complaint handling skill
Have good communication in English
Able to operate computer and knowledge in Ms Office

4. PHARMACIST ASSISTANT

Job Descriptions :

Ensure all price card, price table and pop in all gondola & floor display already complete before store open & shift change time
Ensure all the highlight item, new arrival and promotion mechandise display the price tag at selling floor with full volume and attractive display
Make are all the display merchandise is accordingly to schematic plan
Maintain department papaerwork, Stock availability, In out OTC product specially precusor
Monitoring on stock card and ensure staff to do the stock card in daily basis and follow the right flow – all opening stock, sales, closing stock and stock movement is recorded
Ordering to ensure stock availability
Maintain good relationship and handling issues with MD and supplier
Determines operational sales by reviewing profit and loss report monthly
Control return and PA Zero
Administrational task: scheduling, overtime, and attendance correction

Qualifications :

Diploma Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology
Certificated STRTTK is must
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positions or modern drug store in similar position
Required skill(s): communication skill, complaint handling, decision making, Microsoft Office application, problem solving, product knowledge
Preferably specialized in Healthcare – Pharmacy or equivalent

5. CONTEN CREATOR SUPERVISOR (VIDEO MAKER)

Job Descriptions :

Creat Content Video from filming to editing
Prepare well-structured draft using digital publishing platforms
Creat and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products
Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
Conduct keybord research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content
Promote and upload content on social networks, Website and all EC Channel also monitor engagement (e.g comments and shares)
Identify customers needs and recommend new topics
Coordinate with marketing teams to illustrate articles
Measure web traffic to content (e.g conversion and bounce rates)
Update our website, YouTube channel, social media as needed

Qualifications :

Bachelor Degree in any major
Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role

6. MERCHANDISER SUPERVISOR (CHINESE FOOD CATEGORY – MANDARIN SPEAKER)

Job Descriptions :

Maintaining promotion (Price change, Sales report and update to marketing department)
Maintaining Grocery database for new item, price update and new suppliers
Assist merchandising’s daily operational for Chinese Food Related
Recap all administration & circulate approval and also to follow up agreement
Provide data weekly report (Sales and top items from each division)
Upload PO
Provide data, maintain aging items stock

Qualifications :

Bachelor Degree from any major
Have 2 years experiences with supplier import Chinese products
Have Mechadising with Chinese product knowledge (understand some Chinese seasonings and Chinese food ingredients)
Speak English and Mandarin fluently is must
Good communication and negotiation
Excellent skill of inventory, allocation and pricing management
Merchandising oriented and product development
