1. Senior Business Partnership & Operations

Job Descriptions :

  • Build & manage partnership with brand partners for omni channel (communication, revenue, stock, profitability, promotion, visibility, branding, activation, review, etc).
  • Liaise with other internal teams (business functions) to support brands performance.
  • Involve in initiate idea, negotiate, coordinate and execute the new business opportunities plans to the Sociolla B2C.

Requirements :

  • Has minimum 2 years experience in retail/ ecommerce
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, and own sense of urgency for incident resolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels and across all functions.
  • Detail-oriented team player with good planning and problem solving skills who is willing to go the extra mile.
  • Ability to gain a deep understanding of partner goals and objectives to structure a mutually beneficial solution.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.

2. Community Intern

Job Descriptions :

  • Working closely with internal teams, brands, and KOLs & Communities for joint collaboration of various campaigns.
  • Negotiating with micro to macro KOLs & Communities to get the best possible offers.
  • Communicating the needs and requirements of projects to KOLs & Communities as well as maintaining its compliance.
  • Ensuring KOLs & communities to succeed in delivering the work as expected based on the scope of work and project timeline.
  • Working with KOL/team executive to prepare analysis reports to track and evaluate the effectiveness of projects based on industry’s leading metrics.

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate or last year student, preferably candidate who already has internship or experience in managing KOL execution
  • Passionate and interested in beauty industry
  • Fluent in English both written and oral
  • Willing to join minimum 3 months full time internship

3. Trainer Staff

Job Descriptions :

  • Develop presentation, training materials, and implement training programs for Sociolla & Lilla (basic, monthly, advance training) both online & offline training, also manage the course and post-test via LMS.
  • Mastering fundamental knowledge of the brands, products, and selling skills & service excellence.
  • Working closely with other stakeholders (such as: Operation team, Commercial team, Brand, Campaign team) for training purposes.
  • Providing a report for BA training results to the Operation team by giving feedback and score of the assessment to identify areas for improving performance.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a trainer or in-store experience
  • Having background in retail and beauty area is preferred
  • Good communication skill
  • Having experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Willing to travel
