Sea Global Management Associate Program 2024
- The Sea Global Management Associate Program (Sea Global MAP) is Sea’s 2-year flagship program for aspiring graduates who seek to create a purposeful impact with technology, and become future leaders of the industry.
- Under the Sea Global MAP, you will go through a 2-year program designed for aspiring business leaders passionate about the gaming, e-commerce and digital financial services industry.
- The program consists of 4 functional team rotations that are each 6 months long – for you to gain in-depth and diverse exposure across our Core Businesses. You will get to indicate your preference of business units: Garena or Shopee & SeaMoney.

Who Are We Looking For?
- Calling out to all prospective and recent graduates with a recognised Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline, with 0 to 2 years of full-time working experience (as of the last day of the application window) who are proficient in English and one of the languages in our operating markets to facilitate deployment and collaboration across the region, and will be able to join us from January 2024 onwards.
