1. RECRUITMENT OFFICER
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Psychology
- Having experience in related field for 1 years is required for this position
- Familiar with psychological tools
- Detail oriented & well organized
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Dynamic, autonomous, results-oriented
- Having s good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Good in English both spoken and written
- Required Skills): Recruitment, Employer Branding, Employee Engagement
- Having experiences in Social Media engagement will be an advantage
- Applicant must be willing to work at Sunter, North Jakarta
Job Descriptions :
- Responsible for effective and fast recruitment process
- Maintain developing personnel administration (new employee data and filing)
- Establish and faster relationship with users
- Actively source for talent/suitable the shortlisted candidates to respective users
- Closely monitoring and following up on recruitment progress
- Manage Employer Branding activity, Internal Communication, and Employee Engagement Activity
2. LEGAL CORPORATE
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Hukum
- Memiliki PKPA menjadi nilai lebih
- Usia maksimal 30 tahun
- Memiliki pengalaman Legal corporate min 2 tahun
- Bisa bekeria dalam team dan individual
- Berdomisili di DKI Jakarta
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Melakukan pemeriksaan setiap draft perjanjian
- Menganalisa dan masukan dari aspek hukum terkait tindakan corporate Action
- Menangani setiap proses hukum yang sedang berjalan di corporate
- Melakukan sosialisasi kepada pihak terkait dalam pembaharuan peraturan dan perundang-undangan
- Membantu proses perencanaan RUPS
- Membuat laporan sesuai dengan lingkup kerja
- Mendokumentasikan seluruh dokumen kerja agar terarsip dengan rapi dan lengkap
3. ACCOUNTING GENERAL LEDGER STAFF
Qualifications :
- Minimum D3 or S1 majoring in Accounting
- Minimum 1 year experience in finance & accounting, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Having good communication skills
- Experienced in KAP will be an advantage
- Understand Taxation
- Understand PSAK
- Able to make and analyze financial report
- Able to process data in number
- Have a good microsoft-excel ability
Job Descriptions :
- Making monthly adjusted journal
- Making LLD report and valas liabilities
- Making reconciliation in all balance account
- Do a monthly closing
- Making a monthly financial report
- Analyze the financial report
- Helping the seniors to make financial report for OJK
- Preparing the data requested by external auditors
4. PURCHASING STAFF
Qualifications :
- Minimum D3 majoring in Logistic & Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical
- Fresh Graduate / Minimum 1 year experience as Purchasing Staff or buyer heavy equipment / sparepart
- Basic English language (Speaking, Writing, and Listening)
- Discipline & Hardworker
- Have good communication skill
- Good attitude and Responsibility
- Have Basic knowledge about purchasing
- Have personal integrity
- Can work under pressure
- Working with team
- Willing to be placed in Sunter, Jakarta Utara
Job Descriptions :
- Process and Handle request for Temas Vessels ( Goods & Services)
- Following up payment progress to supplier from finance
- Make sure company get the best price/quality from vendor
- Make sure goods / services delivered right on time
- Complete the administrative process of purchasing goods
- Following up the payment
- Prepare PO & Invoice
- Make report
5. LEGAL MANAGER
Job Descriptions :
- Prepare and evaluate contractual agreement between corporate and third parties
- Provide legal opinion and solve conflicts to secure corporate interest
- Monitor the management of legal documents
- Can develop solutions to conflict resolution with minimum disruption to company’s operational activities
- Manage Legal documentation and schedule of company’s licenses
- Involve in development projects that require legal expertise
Requirements :
- Candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Strong negotiation, drafting and contract management with excellent problem solving abilities
- Good litigation & arbitration experience and experienced in dealing with regulators and police departments.
- Self-motivated, proactive and has a high level of individual responsibility.
- Have the ability to withstand work pressure and can drive projects independently
- Ability to manage multiple assignments;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and has good presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge in Company Law, OJK Regulations, Maritime & Labor Law.
