1. GM Retail & Operation of Lifestyle Fashion
Job Description :
- Responsible for all Lifestyle Fashion business unit
- Managing all aspects of the company field operations and effective management of Time’s sales operations in achieving sales
- Distribution & merchandising objectives, as well as the P&L (Profit & Loss) of the business, strategically forecast the future of the business unit.
Requirements :
- University graduate or equivalent level.
- 20+ years relevant experience in sales, trade channel management and distribution, of which 15 years in a managerial capacity, in a Retail Company.
- Good knowledge in territory management, cycle tasks planning & execution and reporting/KPI monitoring.
- Has strong technical knowledge of the organization’s products, services and sales techniques
- Proven people management skills and team player.
- Solid experience in working together with other partners.
- Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures
- Willingness to commit for long-term career in retail company
- Manages all operation team to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Performs a variety of tasks and leads and directs the work of others
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa
2. Supply Chain Admin
Requirements :
- Excellent skill in Microsoft Office especially MS Excel.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to use own initiative and proven track record of having solved problems successfully.
- Excellent eye for detail; organized and tidy.
- Reliable and consistent, have self-confidence, flexible attitude and able to take initiative.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in fashion and current trends.
3. Training & Development Lead
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree, any major from a reputable university
- 4 years of experience as Sales Trainer, preferably from a retail industry
- Speak and write in English and Bahasa equally fluently.
- Practical experience in organizing training (including sourcing and recommending reliable training providers), delivering, facilitating and evaluating trainings
- Conversant with MS Office applications, particularly Word and PowerPoint
- Analytical, able to conceptualize learning interventions. Technically must possess practical knowledge on different measures of learning interventions, that lead to the desired changes in the Company
- Possess a strong classroom presence: able to present training programs in a way that engages, inspires, and motivates others
- Enjoy the process of coaching and guiding others as Agent of Change
- Creative, has out of the box thinking to addressing issues
- Willingness to commit for long-term career in retail company
- Must have outstanding intrapersonal and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate with all levels.
4. Accounting Staff
Job Description :
- Maintain & update accounting Report
- Handle AP, create journal vouher, input, accounting data
- Review completeness of documents
- Prepare document for audit (Internal & External)
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree of Accounting
- minimum 1 year experience in Accounting
- Good understanding in Journal
- Good understanding in PSAK
- Good understanding in SAP
- Proficient in microsoft word & excel
5. Wholesale Executive
Requirements :
- At least Bachelor degree from reputable universities any major
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in B2B from Retail & FMCG
- Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures of wholesale
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communications skills both Bahasa and English
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to adapt quickly and effectively to change
- Strong customer service skills.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
- Has strong technical knowledge of the organization’s products, services and sales techniques.
- Good skill in Microsoft Office
