The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

  • Minimum Education and Experience:
    • S1 Degree in Civil Engineering with 5 years experience in related field.
  • Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)
    • Strong managerial and leadership skill.
    • Decision-making.
    • Excellent PC skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft products or MS Office literacy.
    • Ability to manage time and scheduling to meet appropriate deadlines.
